Hi there all!

I've got a quick tech question for you all about my new Linus Mint™ computer.
I was excited when I purchased it, and even more so after I set it up since it booted so quickly, but it soon became clear that it was broken; there's no Start menu, and the My Documents folder was nowhere to be found!
So my question is, how should I go about getting my money back from the Linus Corporation©? There isn't an address or phone number anywhere on the machine!
