Hey, arcanine, is there a reason I can never stay asleep if I fall asleep anytime before 3 am?

How do I fix this? Melatonin won't work, chamomile won't work, and I don't really feel like finding sleeping pills

my problem is i never can sleep at the same time. i sleep at a certain time one day, it will be an hour later next noght, an extra hour later noght after that, until i am sleepy during the day, eventually i will crash and sleep like 12-15 hours all at once and it starts over again.

I get that too…, not the cannot stay asleep but the falling asleep 1h later each day. I just force myself to wake up early when I need too and that sometimes works to wind it backwards. My pace of day rolls all over the place when I don't have any scheduled shit though.

Tried smerking a berl? It can help sometimes. Although for me it can keep me up as well…

I don't know what it was, but I had one of those five hour energies one time, and I felt extremely awful and was getting delusional thinking God was punishing me and shit.

Haven't had any since but it was similar to my one time experience with spice.

Also sometimes caffeine can makes my mood swing really bad, like a lot of the time it will either just perk me up and make me happier and/or more nervous, but sometimes I get really angry and hateful at myself after a strong cup of coffee.

Too many caffeine pills and you'll stay up all noght hyperventilating to spend the following day puking your guts out to the point where you can no longer eat anything without it being immediately rejected. Having trouble eating anything the following 3 days too.

It's pretty difficult to do with coffee as that is less concentrated, but definitely not impossible…
